Sportradar Secures Long-Term Wimbledon Betting Data and AV Rights Extension

Key Moments:

  • Sportradar Group AG (NASDAQ: SRAD) renewed its exclusive Wimbledon data and audiovisual betting rights on 4 June 2026.
  • In addition, the deal covers global distribution of official data for both the main draw and the Qualifying Competition.
  • Moreover, the renewal follows Sportradar’s acquisition of IMG ARENA in November 2025, which added Roland-Garros and the US Open.

Multi-Year Extension Expands Wimbledon Rights

Sportradar Group AG (NASDAQ: SRAD) secured a multi-year extension to its exclusive Wimbledon data and audiovisual betting rights. The company announced the deal on 4 June 2026. It also extends its partnership with the All England Club beyond the 2026 tournament.

The agreement gives Sportradar exclusive global distribution rights for official Wimbledon data. It also covers audiovisual betting content. In addition, it includes both the main draw and the Qualifying Competition.

Sportradar originally gained these rights through its acquisition of IMG ARENA on 1 November 2025. That deal also added Roland-Garros and the US Open. As a result, the company now holds rights across three Grand Slam tournaments.

According to Sportradar, the company delivers data from more than 40,000 tennis matches each year. It distributes this data to clients worldwide.

Expanded Products and Integrity Services

Sportradar aims to expand its betting and fan engagement products through this extension. It plans to enhance micro-betting tools and in-play markets. As a result, users may see faster and more detailed live betting options.

In addition, the company will continue to provide integrity monitoring services. It already applies this model across major partnerships. For example, it extended its FIFA integrity agreement through 2031 earlier in 2026.

Executive Commentary

Moritz Gloeckler, EVP Rights and Strategic Projects at Sportradar, commented on the deal. He said The Championships is one of the most iconic events in global sport.

He also said the partnership helps deliver accurate real-time Wimbledon data to betting markets. In addition, he highlighted the importance of integrity services.

Paul Davies, Associate Director at the All England Club, also spoke on the agreement. He said official data delivery helps protect event integrity. At the same time, it supports innovation in fan engagement.

Sportradar’s Global Expansion

Sportradar Group AG is based in St Gallen, Switzerland. It provides sports data, audiovisual content, and technology services to betting and media clients.

Following the IMG ARENA acquisition in November 2025, the company expanded its global reach. It now covers more than one million sporting events per year. It also works with over 70 rights holders across 14 sports and six continents.

The company remains listed on the NASDAQ exchange.
